FDTC 2023: Registration Procedure
The registration to FDTC 2023 is for on-site participation or offline participation. Details are as follows (prices are in US dollars):
- Early registration (before or on August 20, 2023):
- On-site regular registration fee: $ 200 (two hundred).
- On-site student registration fee: $ 100 (one hundred).
- Offline participant registration fee (regular or student): $ 20 (twenty).
- Late registration (after August 20 but before or on 8 September, 2023):
- On-site regular registration fee: $ 250 (two hundred fifty).
- On-site student registration fee: $ 125 (one hundred twenty five).
- Offline participant registration fee (regular or student): $ 30 (thirty).
- Registration will close on September 8, 2023
The on-site registration fee includes participation in the workshop, lunch, coffee breaks and access to the on-line proceedings. The offline registration includes access to the recorded presentations (after the workshop) and to the on-line proceedings.
Presenters of papers must register by August 17, 2023, and pay the regular early registration fee of $ 200 even if they are students or remote participants. Each paper must be associated with a separate registration.
In case of a successful registration including payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you entered. No individual confirmation of registration will be provided.
Credit cards are accepted only on-line through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.
Cancellation policy:
- The registration fee can be refunded only if a cancellation request is received before August 25, 2023.
- A cancellation fee of $ 40 (forty) will be applied.

You can scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Pay with Debit or Credit card" option. You do not have to register with PayPal after making the payment, though PayPal may ask you to.
